I was ripped off by another Laser chain in the DFW area and Maxx Laser has been amazing so far. I understand your frustration with Maxx being busy but I would rather wait for an experienced technician like Shirley and not be rushed thru a procedure so someone can make an extra dollar. I've been injured by someone else who practiced that kind of business and it is not something you want to experience.
