this is not good place to get hair cutted – I went there for hair cut last week. I also show them the picture that I want my hair to look like.After done, it is nothing like what I want and they also mess up my hair. I really don't suggest you go there for hair cut.

Cindy Lorraine is a superb hair stylist!!! – About 6 mos ago I discovered Cindy Lorraine and have been going to her ever since...I cannot imagine going to anyone else. She has incredible skill and has a fantastic eye for color. She's the first stylist who took the time to ask me exactly what my expectations were and didn't touch my hair until she felt satisfied that she answered all my questions. Had a great cut with Erin and will be back for my next. I was rushed for time and she's quick, efficient and a true perfectionist. I adore my new do and couldn't be more excited to have found a great stylist in OC.

My Hair is Fried!! – Do not go to this salon. i walked in with blonde hair and walked out with red hair. worst of all i left with wet hair because the stylist "did not have time to finish my hair", there was no manager around to see this disgusting display of customer disatisfacion. Worst of all my hair is damaged for a very long time. Worst experience at any salon in orange county.

Exceeded my expectations – Moved from NY and had reservations about getting a "professional" haircut. This was by far the best cut I've been given,thank you Maxwell's for providing a thorough and well received experience. Looking forward to my next cut!

Great Hair, Wonderful Bonnie – I am new to California and came across Maxwells Salon (thank you citysearch). With much hesitation (being scared of seeing a new hair stylist after 6 years with my previous stylist) I made an appointment and was booked with Bonnie. Not only was she on time, and waiting with a smile, her demeanor and positive attitude allowed me to relax and feel confidfent in her artistic, work. Do not go here. My mistake was costly – Found this salon through citysearch. I honestly don't know how they got such good ratings; The quality has probably dropped in the last months. The worst experience I have ever had with hair. I came in and the salon was very old and not clean as hair was everywhere. The receptionist was nice and the clientele was quite senior. I had my haircut and highlights done by Erin. She did it in less than 40 minutes which is unusual. She bleached out my virgin hair and insisted on caramel which ... read more

Happy with my Hair! – I am a busy person and can't spend my entire afternoon at a salon to get my hair weaved. Asked the receptionist to set me up with a stylist who is good but also gets me in and out quickly and not kept waiting while they do other clients. She made my appointment with Erin and I am totally happy. She is very nice and knows her stuff.
