Greg came out to give me an estimate. Excellent communication, he was very clear about anything we might encounter doing the job and made sure that I understood. Very professional and respectful. Was able to get my quote and provide me with multiple solutions depending on budget as well as needs. Would recommend.
Disappointing experience here. I spent about 2 hours with Greg listening to a Provia sales pitch and then working up different quotes for our new build. I was told I would be emailed the 2-3 quotes for different window options that we came up with. I haven't received a single quote. I was also told he would work on designing some exterior doors for me and send those options for me as well. When I reached out two business days later to see if I could get the window quotes, he asked what I wanted him to send... as if we hadn't... read more
