This dealership lost a customer. I have been coming here for years.In the past few months, since December I have spent nearly $3.5k on repairs on my 2011 Mazda 3i. Only to find out that the parts I needed replaced, WERE NEVER REPLACED WITH NEW PARTS. I had a left front bearing replaced On 2/05/2022- however the humming noise that is a result of a bad bearing came back within 2 weeks. I spoke with the sales manager, Edwin, prior to coming to the dealership. I specifically asked Edwin if there was any damage or any issues with the vehicle I was looking to purchase, 2018 Hyundai Sonata. He said he would physically put his hands on the car and call me back. During his return call he said the car was in pristine shape, no damage and no issues.
