It was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. The dealership worked with a well-known and liked broker. Spent days trying to get them on the phone after they made a deal with the broker. Delivered the car three days late, even after the title was transferred. Waiting over a month now for plates with an expired temp. Every call goes to a receptionist who pushes it off to an answering machine. Rude customer service! This ********************** does not care about buyers!! Beware and shop somewhere else.
BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH SCHEME. Made an appointment to test drive a Santa Fe sel and they said it was on the lot. I filled out all the financing paper and was ready to make a deal. We went to the dealership to do the test drive, and got the run-around saying that the car was not here anymore and tried to show us an upscale model.This is the vin #***************** and stock # NH482114. This dealership lost a customer. I have been coming here for years.In the past few months, since December I have spent nearly $3.5k on repairs on my 2011 Mazda 3i. Only to find out that the parts I needed replaced, WERE NEVER REPLACED WITH NEW PARTS. I had a left front bearing replaced On 2/05/2022- however the humming noise that is a result of a bad bearing came back within 2 weeks. I spoke with the sales manager, Edwin, prior to coming to the dealership. I specifically asked Edwin if there was any damage or any issues with the vehicle I was looking to purchase, 2018 Hyundai Sonata. He said he would physically put his hands on the car and call me back. During his return call he said the car was in pristine shape, no damage and no issues.
