I have 2018 White Hyundai ******. This place is absolutely terrible with customer service and sells lemons for cars!! I have had engine problems the paint is peeling off the car and the oil like continuously flickers on and off!! They refuse to give me a loaner to have the car repainted when its a factory defect!! Why should I have to come out of pocket and get reimbursed. Any other dealership I have dealt with always gave me a loaner to cover any repairs that were not my fault!! They need to be shut down entirely!!

was looking to purchase certified preowned hyundai. Emailed asking for full price with all fees. Would not provide price without going into dealership. Was emailed the car was no longer available. called and they sent pictures of the "no longer available" car. SO the sales representative outright lied to me as the car was available. Asked over the phone what the full price is and would not provide without going to dealer.Wont drive the distance to see a car without knowing full price and after lying its no longer available

Worst place to bring your car they take many months to attend to your vehicle. No consideration for your property so if it is damaged within their possession they will not notify you at all. Service is horrible because they dont relay or inform new personnel handling your case of any discrepancies you may have or even about the job itself that needs to be done to your vehicle.

Beautiful showroom and incredibly helpful sales staff. I purchased a new vehicle and they even drove my previous car back to my house for me without issue! Would absolutely us them again. Highly recommend!

Ive been purchasing vehicles from Maxon for over ********************************************************************** a vehicle that needs a new engine they treated me so bad as if Im the enemy they skipped over all the thousands of dollars I spent and brought to their business. I purchased over eight vehicles paid for all of them. Im here without transportation to get back-and-forth to work being ignored. Im just in disbelief. They have had my ******** since July 5th to ************* with no end in sight. The customer service is awful I would never recommend them for anything. Customer beware.

If you like high-pressure sales tactics to rip you off, this is the dealership for you!!! If I could give a zero star, I would. I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealer on the day before New Years. I was very happy with *********** Saad and the deal he put together for us. Unfortunately, I did NOT have a pleasant experience with the finance manager *******************************. It was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. The dealership worked with a well-known and liked broker. Spent days trying to get them on the phone after they made a deal with the broker. Delivered the car three days late, even after the title was transferred. Waiting over a month now for plates with an expired temp. Every call goes to a receptionist who pushes it off to an answering machine. Rude customer service! This ********************** does not care about buyers!! Beware and shop somewhere else.

BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH SCHEME. Made an appointment to test drive a Santa Fe sel and they said it was on the lot. I filled out all the financing paper and was ready to make a deal. We went to the dealership to do the test drive, and got the run-around saying that the car was not here anymore and tried to show us an upscale model.This is the vin #***************** and stock # NH482114.
