I had an appointment for my windows to be cleaned mid July and they never showed up. I called that day 3 times and left a VM each day and got no return call. I then called the next day to try to reschedule, thinking maybe I got the day wrong (NOT) but checked anyway and again no return call. I called one more time last week and asked them to please call me back and let me know what happened, concerned there was a family emergency but now almost 3 weeks later still no reply at all.
