MARIA was expert in her field with Maxim and made the transaction flow like a river when we ran into problems. Her knowledge made the deal close. PERIOD. Jamie, the PM on the project was also amazing in personally meeting our own hired staff when problems surfaced at the listing after heavy rains. The courtesy, attention, and availability of the team made this transaction a good one, and one I would welcome again and again....

From my first contact with Jordan Close and Diana Fitzpatrick to finishing the sale closely with Kandace Fischer, I was treated professionally, efficiently and kindly. Title service was hijacked. Buyer was not allowed to select their preferred title service. Wire services for deposit and down payment were misdirected to out of state location; Louisiana, when Florida was the property location. Buyers' agent had to notify all the pertinent resources of that error. Maxim Properties, as a investment corporation, could produce accurate listing information.
