Good place to do business. Had work done in service department and really satisfied with the people.
I cannot say enough good things about Maxim Honda. My husband and I went in on Friday afternoon, found what we wanted, and we weren't pressured into anything no pushy salesman it was great. We came back Saturday and spoke with Doug again (he was fantastic the whole time!) and we were in and out in about an hour. The customer service is amazing. I am in love with my bike and we plan on buying all of our toys from Maxim now.
Great place. Doug and Austin are just a couple of the fine people. You can trust these guys and they have some super cool toys.
Talk to Doug. That dude is a legend, really takes time to understand what you need and make sure you end up on the right bike - even if it's not one he is selling. I just randomly walked in off the street and was treated like an old friend.
We had an amazing experience with Maxim Honda Yamaha in Allen Texas while purchasing a new dirt bike for my son. Our sales person Kavin was amazing! He was extremely friendly, appreciative of our business, knowledgeable about all of the motorcycles and went out of his way to make sure we were happy.
