I've bought a few machines from Maxim over the last few years. Sales dept. was a good experience especially with my salesman Chris Fritze. Although nothing is perfect. There were some issues on my service dept experience recently with my jetski. Well today was the first and last time I will have any service done here. Came in to have 2 tires mounted and balanced, even stated the old ones were 10 years old. They knocked them out while I waited wich was good. But after I noticed the same 10 year old valve stems and the response I got was "they still look ok" so I figured I'd double check that they were balanced, sure enough same old weights in the same place. Bought a vmax love my bike but the cooling was low ,oil needed changed, rear differential need fluid changed,and most importantly the front tire was so cracked out to the point it quit holding air withe 1000 miles.I payed cash left the bike for 2 weeks to be serviced but yet they sent me out on a tire that could have killed me what's even worse when I bought it back to them a few weeks later for the low fluid and rear differential issue the tech told me the tire pressure was down
Just bought my 3rd bike from them - Kevin, Matt, Bob, and Dave are the best! All I have to do is tell Kevin what I'm looking for and the minute one comes in, I get the call! Always friendly, always great service - can't go wrong with these guys!!!
