I’m on my second set of new waverunners from Maxim Honda this past Summer. Overall a good experience but what I really appreciate is the Owner, Jason, and his attitude when any issue has come up. He truly is a man of his word and has ALWAYS made things right no matter what. This is rare these days, and has earned my respect, business and referrals.
The fabulous customer service I received from Josh. I came squelching in, looking for some replacement heated gear after riding 2 days in cold rain, and he didn't bat an eye as I shed wet gear all over his showroom floor. Thanks for all your help with picking out new stuff!
I've driven over 6 hours 2 different times to buy bikes from Maxim. Why? Simply put it's the best prices and service in the state. Kavin worked with me on both deals and everything went as smooth and as painless as possible. The owner even came out and helped me strap down one of the bikes I bought. That shows me I'm not just a wallet to this group, they respect my time and choice to do business with them. I'll be looking to them first for all my future motorcycle purchases.
Just picked up my new 2018 Honda Phantom. I shopped all over town and Buzz made the experience the best I have ever delt with. He is a honest guy and doesn't pull the high pressure salesman approach. He also goes the extra mile to help. I am a customer for life because of him and Maxims great team.

I took my Goldwing trike for an 8k mile service a few weeks ago, and after they adjusted the reverse system, it would not stay in reverse if any type of bump was hit while backing. Took it back today to get it checked, and they said they couldn’t replicate the problem, but the first time I backed it up after picking it up....it popped out of gear. I got charged for a lot of not much, and will likely be seeking service elsewhere going forward. Not the first time that service has been less than expected.
Bought a ATV on a Friday night before closing on a holiday weekend. Excellent sales/ finance service. Would recommend and will be back. Thanks again!
