So far, every person I've dealt with at Maxim has been friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. Specifically Barry, Paul and James have gone out of their way to educate me and head me in the right direction. And the mechanic whose name slipped my mind let half of his lunch sit while he showed me in detail what was wrong with the bike I brought in for service (which was not purchased from Maxim).
