Don't go there for employment! I was there for 5 years out of loyalty. But, I left for a much better situation after new management arrived. Maxim has terrible pay, terrible benefits and terrible nursing supervisors who don't care about their nurses and treat you like s#!*. And the office staff doesn't give a hoot about you either. Unprofessional, deceitful, uncaring and just there for a paycheck. Their communication is a negative 5.
