RecommendedMaxim Healthcare Kentuckiana, especially Jared, has been awesome in my quest to get a temporary replacement while my regular caregiver has been off for the past couple of weeks! I've personally worked with Maxim Healthcare for 4 years now. 2.5 years out in the field (PSA) and now I work full time in the office for the past year and a half. it's been the greatest experience that I've had with a company, and I've never felt more part of a team. I'm thankful everyday for the experiences I have with the internal staff, families, and our experienced nurses. I would recommend Maxim as a place of employment as well as a provider for your love ones!
Today marks my four month hire date and my journey with Maxim through my nursing career! I honestly Thank God everyday for this company that gave me this opportunity to work with them ! I feel liked God rewarded me with this opportunity to work for this company and with my patient. After 30 years in nursing field and 23 years as an LPN, I am so BLESSED to be in this stage of my nursing career where it's no longer a job but an awesome experience ! Thanks again Maxim !
Maxim is a great place to work. everyone is always so helpful, You never feel "alone" on the job because a colleague Nursing Supervisor is always just a phone call away. The support/scheduling staff is also wonderful and professional. Needs are met in a very timely manner. I thank each and everyone for making this career choice a positive experience.
