We have been renting through maxim 4000 for a little over a year now and they have been great to us. They didnt raise our rent and they are very prompt with any and all issues! I usually deal with any issues over email with them and they are very quick to reply! As a first time renter they are A+

My son and his friends rented from Maxim 4000 Jan. 31, 2014 - July 31, 2015. They paid on time, and every time. When they would have to call the office regaurding the house, the ladies acted like they could not be bothered. When we went in to the office to speak to them in person, the black lady cant shut up long enough for you to finish a sentence. We rented from Maxim 4000 from 7/12-2/14. The owner of the property was wonderful as well as Maxim. Any problems were addressed immediately. Calls were returned promptly, servicemen were extremely professional and came when they said they would. We are a professional couple that both already owned and rented our properties. Maxim and the owner treated us wonderful. If we ever return to GJ we will rent through Maxim. We used Dax there, he is great. Thank you Maxim for making a home away from home a great experience.
