Horrible! They do not know what they are talking about, Angelica was being nice but she has NO clue what she is talking about. Barrett acts like he is working, and pretends he doesn't know who you are. Barrett tells you one thing , and Angelica tells you another. But he doesn't stand up for you. Application fees are ridiculous and they try to make you fill out more and pay for them. If I could no stars. Could not view properties because I work M-F. Tried to take time off to schedule with them, impossible. When I was at the office, rude and condescending.
DO NOT WALK IN THE DOOR OF THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

We have been renting through maxim 4000 for a little over a year now and they have been great to us. They didnt raise our rent and they are very prompt with any and all issues! I usually deal with any issues over email with them and they are very quick to reply! As a first time renter they are A+
If I could give negative stars I would!!!! Tried to rent a property through them. The customer service was terrible. New to town, and person showing properties was the most sour, uninspired and unhelpful person I have ever met. They promise things they can not deliver to get you to bring cash ( security deposit plus application fee ) just to submit an application - RIDICULOUS!!! I am a Realtor and past Property Manager and I this company is very professional. I lease from this group and I recommend Maxim 4000. Any problems that have arose have been taken care of immediately by simply logging into their convenient website and addressing the problem. Dex is such an asset to this group and is very professional and courteous. I recommend this company if you are looking for a very professional Leasing group to help you find a rental unit or for all of your property managed needs.
