We specialize in Southern layer cakes.....true scratch recipes. We use fresh , local ingredients and offer a large selection of cake flavors each day. You can come in and purchase cakes by the slice, cupcakes right out of our case, frozen yogurt and ice cream.....or just sit in and relax with a cup of coffee. We can design custom cakes for showers, birthdays, weddings, anniversarys or celebrations. If you need a last minute cake for a get together, we have that too!

Strawberry buttercream is my favorite.Sometimes,if not all the time they have samples.I usually get a variety of slices and freeze for later because I seldom go to Greensboro.The bakery is simply devine.Just check out the website.

9 years ago we used Maxie B’s to make our wedding cake. It was delicious and everything a cake should be. The best part? It’s one of their seasonal cakes, so every June 19th we get to eat our cake again. It’s a wonderful treat and brings back so many good memories. We are celebrating today with our kids, who think this is the best cake they’ve ever eaten 😂 high praise indeed.
