Went in to get a crack in the exhaust fixed and an alignment. They did a good job on fixing the crack but oh boy they had no clue how to do an alignment. Job got done in a day and when I got my car back, it was clear they hadn't even touched the rear toe, it was way out. To their credit, when pointed out, they offered to fix but then the front desk guy, barry, gave excuse after excuse of why they couldn't get to it. "You're next on the rack" over and over again. I received no service. Called and talked to Barry twice for a quote on brake service. Two days later still waiting on a call. Found another business for the job. Won't call again.
From outa town, needed a tire and steering alignment ASAP; they got my f350 up on the jack within 20 minutes of calling. Since they accidentally broke one of my plastic lug-nut covers, they ended up not even charging me... Barry is the man. Good service & good work.
This place has always been good to me. Barry, the manager, is just an all around great, honest man.
I had a engine sensor light came on, showing a motor, and would not go off, I went to ask for the help, and they fixed it for me, plus they did not even charge me, Which was a blessing, as I am disabled and only live on disability, and social security, And it is hard paying bills, house payments, and food, for the month. And I thank God for their blessing of help !
