This is a great shop upfront and honest I have an older car that nobody wanted to even touch. Patrick saved me put a new radiator in there for me and a very decent price. Great neighborhood shop.
We are from out of town and had our truck having some problems so I stopped in and asked if he could give me a quote and he was the most responsible and we have haven't had any problems with it since it's been fixed
Brought company vehicle in for repair. The car was not repaired, initial problem persists. Different employees hv brought the vehicle bk 8 times. On eight occasions, The Mgr. asks employees to return another day at 8 am. Each time we've returned the Mgr. states he "has several cars in front of you (us)". They were paid for a job they hv yet to complete. We've wasted labor and time on EIGHT occasions awaiting the initial repair. Pls go elsewhere! The business practices here need improvement. Had a 1999 Ford Taurus that just stopped running. Had it towed by R&D wrecker (huge shout out to them as well!) to Maxi on Lee Hwy. Patrick and Steven worked to diagnose the problem, then spent hours trying to locate the parts needed for this particular car, since it was made waaaay back in the 1900s and after getting the right parts delivered, quickly installed the needed items and brought the car back to life. I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla and it came with a brake problem. Couldn’t nobody figure out what was wrong with it. For about two years, my brakes were scrub if I came to abrupt stop, but when I took it Maxi’s auto services, they fixed it within a couple of hours and I’ve never had the problem again I recommend this shop 100% and the price was reasonable Good Job Maxi
