Pésimo servicio Me tuvieron esperando una hora y ya había preguntado que pasaba y que el estilista estaba en camino! Cuando pasó una hora me levanté a preguntar si venía y la recepcionista me Contestó yo trabajo para el no manejo su horario, muy mala respuesta, le dije le puedes decir que tiene una clienta una hora esperando que si va a venir me dijo va a venir en 40 min más, obvio me levanté y me fui, pero la recepcionista debió haber dirigido el trabajo a otro estilista, no tiene idea de lo que es servicio!
Absolute worst experience. I booked a blow out and advised I had tape in extensions. They booked me with a complete inexperienced «stylist» tape ins are extremely expensive which is why I specified in booking, I brought my own hair talk shampoo and cond to always protect my hair. This guy did the most basic hair drying no styling, applied too much direct heat onto the bands then twisted with brush. All my top later extensions got twisted and peeled off.
