I own an insurance agency and deal with different inspection companies every day. This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't send me client to the this company if they were the only company left. There are hundreds of companies out there that handle these kinds of inspections and I would put money on the fact that every single company is better than this one. just outright awful!!!!

A bad experience for first time home buyers, everything shows ok on the report, and surprises, after surprises since we moved 3 weeks ago. Cannot hate it, but just double check. Ah, warranty? Sorry does not really exist

My inspection was scheduled for 2pm. I showed up at about 2.05pm and My inspector Hal was there probably 15 mins earlier. The inspection took an hour and a half. Hal explained the issues that came up and gave suggestions on repairs, costs and possible insurance reductions. I'm expecting all this informations also In my report. Overall a good experience. And I would recommend Hal.
They are super professional, very detail and clear the report, a lot information you can view and follow to improve your new house after you move and enjoy that. I am very happy with the service and I will a recommendation to everyone looking that service.
