We just had an inspector by the name of Hal. He was very thorough, professional & patient. He took a great deal if time making sure he did a good inspection. Hal also worked tediously majoring making sure everything got inspected correctly. As we sat there waiting for him to finish, Hal was intensely involved wih his inspection. They were ONlY $25 more than the other company we used previously BUT they are also the ONLY company that offers a warranty on the appliances up to 90 days from the inspection day.
