Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I wouldn't say that I was satisfied with the way my appointment went, but I wasn't unhappy either. It could have gone better, but it also could have been worse. I had to wait a long time in the waiting room. I've had to wait longer at other places, but it was still too long. They weren't the worst psychiatrist I've ever seen, but they definitely weren't the best. I still felt a little nervous under their care.
