Solid standards and excellent ribs and brisket: but the destination items are certainly the smoked fried chicken (I'm not sure that's available anywhere else, period) and smoked bologna sandwich (not on menu, but I bet it will be). Their Memphis sauce converted this lifetime Carolina boy away from eastern vinegar sauce (which was also great... but not mindblowing). Love love love. The food is amazing. My new favorite place
Everything was great, the redesign of the space looks awesome, the staff was incredible, and the food was delicious. The pork was very good as well as the ribs. As far as the sides, I liked the greens, potato salad, and the deviled eggs the best. All the bbq sauce choices were fantastic! I will definitely be back for more on a regular basis! Great job guys, knocked it out of the park!
Over great BBQ, ribs perfectly smoked, pulled pork was on point, where they really stood out was the pulled chicken. My wife who doesn't eat pork or red meat said its the closest thing to Nc pulled pork she's had since she stopped eating pork.
