Austin and Jacob were at my house today and did an incredible job. I’m so glad we chose Maverick Softwash over power-washing. They were professional and courteous, and everything they cleaned looks amazing!
Maverick did an amazing job on our home! Their entire team was extremely courteous and dedicated to doing the best job possible! They took great care not to disturb my beautiful flowers in my window boxes, washing the areas around them by hand. I will certainly recommend them to friends, family and clients!
We had a great experience with Maverick. I was frustrated with the black mold and algae on our roof. It looked horrible. Maverick was reasonably priced, and we wanted to give them a try before looking into replacing our roof. They did an amazing job, and they were committed to making sure we were happy customers. The top picture was the day before they came out. The middle was the day of the 1st treatment, and the bottom picture was the day of the 2nd treatment.
You littered my neighborhood with paper, plastic, and metal! You need to come and clean it all up now!

I had Maverick Softwash clean the deck (mold build up from over time). I was skeptical about how this will work. They have done an excellent job and i have the deck looking brand new. Underside of deck and the concrete patio floor was pretty bad before the clean but now it looks great. They were very professional and finished their job in <2 hrs. I would highly recommend them for any exterior cleaning.
My house had mold all over it when I moved in. They came and removed it all. My house looks so great! I really didn’t want to use a pressure washing company because of a previous bad experience and Mavericks low pressure soft wash was perfect! Very safe on my home and I’ve never seen siding so bright! I would definitely use them again in the future.
Maverick Softwash did a fantastic job on our house and patio. Adam and his staff were very professional! They walked me around the house discussing what was to be done and asked for my concerns.
