Great service. Very efficient. The house looks fantastic. So pleased I used a professional company. Connor and his team member did a excellent job.
There is a disconnect between what the salesman/estimator told me would be done and what the two guys who came to do the work did. In fact, when they arrived approximately 35 minutes late, I was told they didn't have a copy of the order/contract which I had signed, said they were here to wash the house. When I told them they were supposed to put the screens back on the windows, they weren't sure they knew how, and put them in upside down so that not one was fitted completely into the frame. Had roof, siding and stucco power washed. Very happy with how the job turned out Price was very reasonable and the people were wonderful to work with.
They did a great job cleaning the siding and fascia. Driveway and sidewalk look practically new again.

This company was professional from start to finish. At first, I wasn't entirely happy because they had missed a few spots, but when they called to check on our satisfaction and I told them this, they came out the very next day to fix it and make it right. I also liked that they washed our patio furniture for no extra charge.
Were on time and did the job with all speed and well done. Looks like a new one. WILL do it again. Kind of expensive but does come with its' own co. warr. Will watch and see how it "wears".
RecommendedMy roof and siding were really in dire need of cleaning. The Maverick guys did a fabulous and very thorough job. My house looks now looks sparling clean and like new. Very happy with the result.
They put up lights on my timetable and have been very responsive to my needs. The house looks good.
