I wanted to make a drastic change and I felt very comfortable knowing that she was listening, making sure that she understood what I wanted! Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walk in until the moment I leave. The Maven team is top notch! I also love the complimentary scalp massages and paraffin wax. It is a true experience. Hands down the best salon around! No competition between the stylists. Friendly doesn't even begin to describe them. If you haven't gone, you don't know what you are missing! Best decision I have ever made!
