****Make sure you are crystal clear and repetitive in regards to the style and length of hair cut you want.**** I went to Maven salon for highlights and a cut. My hair length was extremely long, down to my lower back/butt. I was clear when I first sat down in the chair, that I wanted to cut the majority length of my hair off- reaching the middle of my arm.
