I came in today, 10/01/2021, for a service on my battery. Last night I found that the positive terminal was very loose, loose enough to pull it right up and off the post. A friend of mine, as a quick temporary fix, placed a piece of metal to wedge the terminal and the clamp together to keep the contact and run my car. After leaving the service department and looking to see what they did noticed that the piece of metal is STILL IN MY BATTERY TERMINAL!!! From first arriving until car was picked up all employees were professionals and courteous. I was very impressed with Maus Nissan shop. This was a wonderful experience. First time brought car there for repair and will use them going forward

BUYER BEWARE....I wish zero stars was an option.. Terrible sales experience... This place is the by the book definition of bait and switch.. Absolutely God awful.
