What a difference a Service Professional makes-Caleb is Wonderful !! From start to finish he was great and after my service was completed he walked me to my vehicle. Poor communication. I feel abused by the service given at your dealership. Tony offered a service that I didn't need and to which I agreed thinking it was included in the recall I brought the car for . I paid $210 for an unnecessary service.
I was at the dealer service department and the service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful, the service was realized in a timely and a proper manner, the job was very professional and the coffee and the chips in the guests waiting room were very good.

I purchased my Nissan before Maus ownership, but have continued to take my Rogue in for service. The Maus team is always very professional, their prices are competitive and service appointments are easily scheduled online. The customer waiting area is comfortable, clean with water, coffee and a few snacks available. I've always had a good experience! When tge time is right, I would purchase my next car from Maus!
