This is a unique sistem they have where they do your maintenance free forever. Found out by the ************ that finance my car that it wasnt free at all. I was paying for it. Sales person complete unprofessional, the Nissan frontier advertised online $ 21,900, I went yo the dealer and the same vehicle with the sane viin numbers $29 k. We talk about the difference in price and The Sales person answer was: " that's the price for you to come here at the delear, but you know we have to negotiate" . Complete bait and switch tactics. My issue is with the finance side of the Maus Nissan North Tampa dealership, the sales folks were great! We recently bought a new 2023 Nissan Ariya and traded our old Mazda CX 5 SUV in. It is now 28 days since we did this and Maus haven't: (1) Paid off the loan on our trade-in, so we are still paying the loan on it, even though Maus owns it. A complete scam sold me a vehicle that had problems no inspection transmission issues. I am so unsatisfied I advise nobody to go to this business
**** is exceptional at figuring out how to work with his customers and Sales Manager colleagues to earn your business. He will definitely go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy you, given the parameters that complicate each deal, but he will strive to make you happy in the end.
10/25/23. Usually go here due to that **** care package I purchased when I did the car.2019 That was a terrible experience then ( was told it came with the car and price only to find out it was 5000$)Fought that one got **** back. But remind you all I was listening to ********* ***** at the place!!!!They always find something else as I guess thats the way they work. On this day. Got my car serviced with Edwin in 01/20/2022 and he was awesome and informative. It's always a quick pleasant experience when I come to this location. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
