We used Maureen to buy our first two houses. She was especially great for us when helping us figure out what we wanted for our first house (and we didn't have a car, so she drove us everywhere...) And when we we narrowing down towards one particular house, she said, "oh, don't buy that house, I can get you one just like that for half the price if you look in Bloomfield instead", and so we did, and found a house for just under half the price!

We have a lovely house in Squirrel Hill thanks to Maureen States. She must have driven me to 20+ houses, but she took me back to this one and gave me some great advice along the way. She really knows Pittsburgh, and got to know what i wanted in a home. 7 Years later we have a 2 year old and are thinking of schools and more space. Without question we called Maureen.

Maureen helped us find our house almost 8 years ago. She listened attentively to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect house for us, even though we were by no means going to be a big commission for her. Loved our experience.
