My staff and I were too focused on the task at hand and because of this, we dropped the ball. I did not realize the oversight until it was too late. nobody in restaurant at 4:30, takes forever to get a drink.
We usually sit at the bar & get great service.
We had a large party, prearranged, by reservation by email. They seemed slow. If they needed extra staff, they should have arranged that. I don't know how many times we asked for chips and salsa that I asked someone else. I ordered a bloody Mary. It tasted like poison. Bad mix or bad booze. I even had someone else return it. Someone else in our party had a drink that was bad (heavy on the triple sec). One dish, a bowl of some sort (for a vegetarian) had bacon on it.
