Fresh food and amazing flavors! If you have not been to this place, do yourself a favor and go! You will not find a bad item on the menu!!! Oh wait, what am I saying? Don't go. I don't want you all going there and then I have to wait to get in. HAHA. Seriously, great fresh food, excellent flavors! BYOB.

We went to Matt's last night for their prix fixe meal for Flemington's Restaurant Week. As always, Matt's never ceases to amaze us. My husband and I love their grilled romaine salad; he had the pork tenderloin and I had the grilled salmon. Both were moist and flavorful. For dessert, he had the bread pudding, I had the flourless chocolate cake, which was the best I ever tasted. If you haven't been to this little gem in Flemington, definitely make a reservation and go!
