Fresh food and amazing flavors! If you have not been to this place, do yourself a favor and go! You will not find a bad item on the menu!!! Oh wait, what am I saying? Don't go. We went to Matt's last night for their prix fixe meal for Flemington's Restaurant Week. As always, Matt's never ceases to amaze us. My husband and I love their grilled romaine salad; he had the pork tenderloin and I had the grilled salmon. Both were moist and flavorful. For dessert, he had the bread pudding, I had the flourless chocolate cake, which was the best I ever tasted. If you haven't been to this little gem in Flemington, definitely make a reservation and go!
