Went to Matt’s for my Birthday dinner expecting an awesome meal and Matt did not disappoint!!! Exceptional food,beautiful presentation and a warm and inviting atmosphere! Would love to give it more than 5 stars!!!
Today was my first taste of what will be many more nights to come. The food was superb from start to finish, the ambiance perfect, and the service the same. We are already looking forward to our next culinary journey with Matt & Erin.
Honestly the best restaurant in Hunterdon County! If given a choice, I always choose Matt’s! Matt is extremely talented and his entire staff is always very welcoming! The food is AMAZING! I have never had anything I didn’t absolutely love!
Had an awesome 4 course meal paired with beers from Lone Eagle to support the Flemington Fire company...always wowed by the meals, presentation and service.
I would put this restaurant up there with the best.Great food and service. Wood burning stove where they grill there steaks,lobster tails , octopus and more. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go again.
This has got to be the best restaurant in the world! And that’s really not an exaggeration. Their food is consistently unbelievably delicious, their service is always superb, the atmosphere is homey…There is not one bad thing to say about Matt’s Red Rooster Grill! If you haven’t been here yet, you are missing out big time!!!
