was an hour early didn't deliver all the way up to the room and forgot the bed cover we bought. only one guy working should have help with this. never again

Awesome customer service and the best deal in town. After stopping by multiple stores I ended up finding this store had the best prices. They also delivered my beds the next day.
My first experience at Mattress Plus i loved it. The staff was very nice and polite. I remember this guy named Daniel he was very knowledgeable about his products and beds. Plus he didn't pressure me into buying anything. I eventually ended up buying a new mattress and he helped me walk it out the store. They've a huge selection of beds to choose from and it's a clean environment. I'll definitely be returning here soon for my next bed
My partner and I had a good experience purchasing a bed from mattress plus. We were not pushed to buy the most expensive mattress there, just one that felt best to us. We were traveling more than a whole state away and were given help loading and tying down our new mattress which was very nice and helpful. Can’t wait to try it out!

UPDATE: So apparently you can’t give honest reviews or you will get a message (pic in comments) bullying you to take your HONEST and TRUTHFUL review down. I don’t typically leave reviews, but when I do, it’s because I had a really great experience or I had a terrible experience. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience.
