When we were purchasing the mattress we were told it would take 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered to Nova Scotia. I almost walked away, but the in store service was great and we liked the mattress. A month later, Mattress Mart delivered the mattress to Halifax. Who on this planet delivers once a month.

Crystal was really great in helping us find what we needed and when for some reason our order did not arrive on the date it was meant to, she apologised and offered us some compensation for the trouble. The beds, mattresses and pillows are fantastic. Will definitely be coming back.
