Sales person knew the products; price was great and there was no delivery charge. Mattress delivered and old one taken away. Service was excellent.
Crystal - sales lady - very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery gentlemen - friendly, knowledgeable, very accommodating regarding relocation of 'old' mattress to another room. Mattress (Princess Stephanie?) is one month into service...so far very good.
I love my new mattress and frame, which I bought on sale a few months before I moved. Crystal (the sales rep) was very friendly and helpful, and even followed-up with a phone call after my move. I didn't get much notice for when the delivery would arrive (8 minutes), but the delivery guys were good about having to wait around a bit for me, and were careful getting the bed upstairs.
Fair price and handled mattress exchange quickly and with no questions asked.
Friendly and knowledgeable service from Sudhir Ghodke. He was able to determine exactly what we wanted/needed. Mattress was delivered in less than a week by able bodied men. :) The only cost was $14 to remove the old mattress. Would recommend this company to anyone.
