The best customer service we have ever experienced. It was a simple and pleasurable interaction with Sterling. Great personality. Informative. Knowledgeable. Volunteered pernant, detailed and important information that was needed to know. We came in for pillows and left with a mattress, two pillows and a mattress protector. This store and this company are FABULOUS. Needed a new mattress. Bought 1 by myself from Tower Matt Firm. Turned out it was not a good choice for The Wife. Went to Tower with her and tried several others. Decided we needed more choices. Went to Miss and Abilene. Found better mattress. Swapped out new for newer, firmer. Now Herself thought it was too high Newest was thicker. Sheets still fit but needed "thinner" box springs. Sterling was kinda, helpful, and super funny! Glad to business with such an amazing soul. Everyone should stop by and buy a mattress from that gentleman.
Garbage professionalism and customer service. Had a clown named Kristian hang up in my face after his boss resolved a return and I simply called asking how many days it would take to hit. Mc Donald's is hiring.
