Updated review one week later: In an age where it increasingly feels like real customer service is dead, I was absolutely floored by the service I received from Mattress Firm after they saw my poor review on the used mattress I purchased. They reached out to me directly within days to apologize, and then immediately sent me a brand new replacement mattress to exchange for the poor condition used mattress, installed it, and removed the used mattress. Our experience here was amazing. The staff were knowledgeable polite helpful. Eric an the district manager at the Altoona store fantastic price matching and worked so hard to get us what we needed for the price range we wanted. We were treated with respect and felt like we really mattered and our needs are important. Thanks to Eric and the district manager in the Altoona store you went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
My experience was great. Craig was so intelligent and interested in what I really had to say. As someone with chronic pain a good mattress is very important to me. He was able to explain and demonstrate each mattress and talk about them in detail. I never felt rushed or pressured. 10/10 experience!
Craig was excellent salesman, I was in and out in user 30 minutes after explaining my needs. He showed me multiple mattresses and got me the one I wanted in my price range. Very easy interaction would recommend
