Attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. Great experience. Mike made selecting a set of new pillows effortless and interesting! How are pillows interesting? I'm not sure, but I guess that's how good the staff at the Altoona Park Hills store is.

We had a very pleasant and rewarding visit. Our first time in the store and we were unsure exactly what we wanted. We knew what we didn’t want! Kylie was so knowledgeable and had so much patience with us. No pressure or rush sales. She wanted us to understand the products available, and let us try many options. She even kept track of our pros and cons. We did make a Sealy purchase.
My daughter and I went to the store 2 days ago and we met Craig. He was very nice, personable and talkative and very knowledgeable about his store's product. He was very helpful and helped us find the best mattress for me. It was all around a great experience and I'd definitely go back there again.
We came hoping to buy a mattress which was reasonably priced and would work for both myself and husband. The sales person Craig was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions while also giving us the space we needed to make a decision on what works best. Made us feel both helped and not hovered over. Great experience and would definitely recommend to everyone looking to get a mattress that suits them specifically.
