Evan who was filling in at the Altoona store from the Johnstown store was absolutely stellar to me and he truly is the best mattress salesperson I have ever had the good grace to speak with. Updated review one week later: In an age where it increasingly feels like real customer service is dead, I was absolutely floored by the service I received from Mattress Firm after they saw my poor review on the used mattress I purchased. They reached out to me directly within days to apologize, and then immediately sent me a brand new replacement mattress to exchange for the poor condition used mattress, installed it, and removed the used mattress. Craig was excellent salesman, I was in and out in user 30 minutes after explaining my needs. He showed me multiple mattresses and got me the one I wanted in my price range. Very easy interaction would recommend
Kylie was amazing. This was our 3rd mattress store. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and I wake up sore almost every morning. I had looked at a tempurapedic mattress at another store and when I didn't like the price that salesperson just said ok and showed me something else.
