Our experience here was amazing. The staff were knowledgeable polite helpful. Eric an the district manager at the Altoona store fantastic price matching and worked so hard to get us what we needed for the price range we wanted. We were treated with respect and felt like we really mattered and our needs are important. Thanks to Eric and the district manager in the Altoona store you went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Tell you what, Craig is the best there is!! Recommended a few beds to us now and had to return two of them so far just for the only reason we weren’t the most comfortable. But he never fails us and gives no issues on returning them and suggesting another mattress. 3rd times the charm! He never hesitates to tell us what choice of bed does what for us. Tell me where else you can go and get the best customer service like this. Will always be a customer here!
I always dread buying when there’s a salesperson involved because I usually feel pressured to make a purchase. I’m happy to say it wasn’t this way at Mattress Firm. Craig explained the differences between a few mattresses and stood back allowing us to make a decision. He was very nice to deal with and has a great personality.
Craig was amazing! I went to 3 other mattress stores before going to Mattress Firm and was more confused and distraught after leaving each one. Craig walked me through everything took his time answering my questions and really made me feel like I was getting exactly what I wanted. Could not be more satisfied with the whole experience and will definitely be recommending him in the future. Thanks again for everything!!!
We came hoping to buy a mattress which was reasonably priced and would work for both myself and husband. The sales person Craig was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions while also giving us the space we needed to make a decision on what works best. Made us feel both helped and not hovered over. Great experience and would definitely recommend to everyone looking to get a mattress that suits them specifically.
