We had a wonderful experience from Katie our salesperson to Adam and Josh our delivery men. They were all knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. We would highly recommend purchasing a mattress from China Towne.
Our sofa bed matress was deliverd in atimely fashion. Both AUstin and AJ were friendly and professional. Theymanaged everything and checked theoperationoftheinflatable insert aswell as making sure the bed section fit easily back into the body of the sofa.We sincerely appreciate this service , which left us happy with our decision to be customers of China Towne.
They do NOT stand behind the products they sell! We bought a $3,000 sectional and soon after it was delivered we experienced it being very loud and creaky, every time you either sat down or stood up. We would have expected something like that from a $300 sectional, not a $3,000 one. We shared photos and videos with China Towne staff and they agreed, "this is not normal" and "they'll will make it right." I ordered furniture for my living room. I was told it would be in stock and ready for delivery in mid June. Then the date was mid July. Then the date was not known due to supply issues. So understanding that I cancelled that order and reordered in stock furniture as I wanted to get the furniture in place. The furniture was delivered one couch and one chair without legs. Unless I am 3 feet tall this did not work and looked horrible. So I have a couch and a chair with no legs. I called twice to inquire about getting the legs a... read more
