Absolutely wonderful experience. VALERIE was tremendously helpful, professional and got me the exact mattress I needed at a price very comfortable for me I had it delivered the guys were on time keep me up-to-date on delivery and we're very expedient. I will definitely be using them again
The BMO in general was definitely the way to go for us! We have been shopping for months in may different stores across NWGA and no one was near as helpful as these guys! Their floor also has plenty of displays for you to experience. Anthony has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to the human frame and how to guide you with that when making your selection. Laney was amazing with helping me find a bed. I was so stressed out with my 2 year old screaming and throwing fits, but she really tried to entertain my 2 year old while I tried out the beds. She explained pressure points on the way my husband and I sleep and which mattresses would work better for side sleepers and stomach sleepers. I will definitely be sending friends and family here who need new mattresses. Make sure to ask for Laney!
I purchased an adjustable frame from The Big Mattress Outlet several years ago and have loved it! Last night it began making a knocking noise, very subtle, but consistent. Annoying more than anything. I called The Big Mattress Outlet for help this morning. Anthony was a great trouble-shooter and walked me through the solution! Thank you Anthony! Not only do they sell great products, but most importantly, they provide good customer service during and after the sale!
Anthony helped us try out many mattresses, explaining all the differences. He has many years of experience and did not pressure us. It was a very good experience and we have ordered our new mattress with no interest for 24 months!
