I have AAA and they sent Matthews Towing to see why my car would not start at my request. Demetric, the driver inspected my vehicle. Though it seemed that it might need a new battery which was under warranty, he wasn't certain. He charged me sufficiently so that I could go to an AAA repair shop near my home. It turns out that there were other issues, but the battery did have to be replaced. Demetric was pleasant, understanding and professional.
