I am impressed with their commitment to excellent service. I recently bought a new Subaru there. When I picked it up Rob realized the undercoat protection had not been applied even though I had paid for it. He went out of his way to arrange to have the service done so it wouldn't inconvenience me - even to the point of being willing to loan me his personal vehicle.
