Just want to put this out there...my boyfriend and I went there Friday to look at an Impreza we saw online. Sales person we spoke with seemed disinterested in selling. Therefore we were disinterested in buying from Matthews. Could have made a sale through us considering we went to a Subaru dealership in Cortland on Saturday and bought a new Impreza there.
Lee Brown was very helpful and ever efficient in the process of a buying my new Subaru. He answered all my questions via emails very promply.
I am always well-taken care at Mathews Subaru. Rob is on top of me and so many family members and friends I have sent there. I wouldn't buy my cars anywhere else

This is my 3rd Forester in 14 years. I have bought all three from Rob Finta at Matthews and have been very happy with each of the cars. Rob has been very helpful every time and the Matthews team is awesome. I wouldn’t own another make of car than Subaru here in Upstate NY and would not go anywhere else to buy one.
this is my second Matthews Subaru and I have had an excellent experience both times
