I had major issues with my car and multiple trips through service. After the last service visit, I made the decision to get a new car. I was ready to walk away from Matthews. But we have purchased several cars from them and they have taken good care of us. I met Rob Finta (Matthews Subaru) and he made purchasing a new car so easy. So far good. I picked up my Forester on 7/23 and like the way it handles. Lee Brown was who I dealt with, very nice and knows the car. Still getting use to all the bells and whistles, but that will come with time.
Dillon Affatato was wonderful to deal with. He made sure that once I decided on the Crosstrex that no one else looked at it. He helped me handle the bank and any issues that came up. Looking forward to dealing with them in the future.
