I leased a 2021 Crosstrek this week at Matthew's Subaru. Joe Nugent was my car salesperson. Joe made my encounter so comfortable. Dillon's is a great guy. it is the service department. you get a recall and it tells you 40 minutes to get done...they tell you no way..it will be longer 1 1/2 hours...it would be nice to get a loaner to do some shopping...they will take you and drop off.

This our first Subaru and we were fortunate to walk in and be greeted by Dillon Affatato who led us through getting acquainted with the Subaru Forrester. He patiently explained its operation and safety features. He gave us time to consider it with no pressure. When we came back ready to buy he then led us through the paperwork process. We are pleased so far with Matthews, very pleased with Dillon, and loving our Subaru.

Leased a Subaru Forester Sport and could not be happier. I’ve worked with Lee Brown before with my last Subaru and will not work with anybody else when it comes to purchasing/ leasing my vehicles. Excellent customer service and Lee even called me a few days later to see how everything with my vehicle was working out and to answer any questions I had. Very satisfied and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Subaru on our area!
