Compared to industry standards, their laser marking equipment is poor quality, and does not have a long reliable lifespan. You may have good performance for a few years, but then parts begin to fail, and you will be on the hook for thousands of dollars in overpriced parts every couple of years. The term 'Engineered Expiry' comes to mind. Communicating with this company is slow and unreliable as well. They forget about orders, and they don't consistently respond to emails.
