Came in looking at the Accents. Did paper work, put money down and was asked to come in the next day to finish the last of the work as the dealer I worked with shook my hand congratulating me on my new car. When I came in the next day the dealer I worked with question why I was there when he specifically said 11 am that day. Finnished the work, we looked into insurance and then he ask for another $1,000 down. I got screwed over by you guys in the past and I won't recommend you to anyone. And when I needed the problem fix you guys said it was my problem not yours.....Very rude.
I'm not impressed by the sales call that I received this afternoon letting me know the 2017 Sante Fe models are just what I'm looking for. Yes, I purchased a Sante Fe in 2011 from you. However, that doesn't mean that I want an unsolicited phone call trying to sell me another. No thank you Fuccillo Hyundai.
I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. My engine failed related to the engine recall. I brought it in and within hours Dominick called me to tell me their replacing it. He got me a loaner the same day. No problems at all. Got my car back and couldn't be happier! They always take care of me every time I go in for an appointment! Great customer service!
Huuugggeee. Worked here over 9 years and is an unbelievable place to work. Love the people and the atmosphere.
