Best experiences ever. I have bought several cars from them over the years. Customers are their main concern. Service is great. They subscribe to the philosophy "Whatever it takes to make the customer happy". Any dealership can write a deal, but few can make it a Huge, Great deal!!! Worst experience ever. I bought a new car from them back in 2008 and my salesman was wonderful. So I returned in November of 2017 and will never go back again. My salesman was a complete jackass and even made jokes about how slimy car salesmen are. Then treated me like I was an absolute nuisance to him once I came in to pick up the car. Obviously he had made the sale so he didn't wanna bother with the rest of it. Then they made multiple mistakes with my paperwork and I was forced to jump through hoops for them.
