Took my girlfriends car to this location today and the service advisor, Joshua greeted me as I walked in. The greeting was less than sincere as he acted like he was doing me a favor by squeezing me in. After about an hour wait Joshua came to me and directed me to come into the garage area where he stated that the front brakes were seized and the front tires were bad. Stopped in to look at the new 2021 Palisade Limited with my wife. Was met by and energetic salesman named David. He enthusiastically showed off the SUV to my wife and answered all my questions. I wanted to check our finances to see if this was feasible for us first, so I let him know maybe in the next couple months we’d be back. I ended up back there the next day to discuss lease options and run some numbers. David and his team were a pleasure to work with. I bought a car in June 2020, worked with Bill Henry and David Slater both of whom were Wonderful to work with. I found them to be knowledgeable, fair and efficient. I never felt rushed or pressured and they answered my endless questions with patience. Today, October,10 th, I had a problem with my car while out running errands . I was alone in a Parking lot with not much activity around. Good Afternoon, I was thinking about trading on my car to a newer one with hopefully a lower interest rate but after getting my car serviced there I am no longer interested. I went in for a noise and the yellow light in front replaced. I was told the oil was low and that was the reason for the noise. Wrong I have had over 5 oil changes and no difference.
