my three year old got a small cavity filled and is begging to go back to the dentist. I think this shows what an amazing staff of dentists and hygienists there are at Matthews and Dai. They make the experience so pleasant and fun that my kids have no anxiety or fear.
Patient with kids and willing to explain both to them and parents what needs to be done.
Rebecca did a great job showing my daughter all the tools that would be used. It made her comfortable before beginning the cleaning. I was impressed that she did so well after that and I believe it is because both Rebecca, the dental hygienist, and the dentist all did a great job being patient and upbeat. They sent her home with a new toothbrush that she picked out, some goodies and a balloon. It made her feel special. The waiting room is pretty impressive with a ship and lots of activities. Great experience! The staff was friendly, and did a great job making the visit as pleasant as possible!
Dr. Matthews and Dai are always awesome and their staff is just as awesome!!! It is always a pleasant experience and my kids are always happy to go to the dentist!!
